Excellent hospitality and room service. Staff behavior was commendable. Security person were really nice by cleaning my car without being asked. Convenient location near markets.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for exploring the nearby attractions and 56 shops. The Woodlands restaurant in the basement offers delicious food, especially their South Indian dishes. The staff at this hotel are very generous and provide excellent hospitality. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with bedding suitable for the whole family.
No notable negative aspects, everything was fine.

the location was convenient, close to the market, and within easy reach of the Malwa region. the rooms were neat, and bedding was comfortable. the staff was polite and accommodating. the complimentary breakfast was modest, but the chapattis with mixed veg curry were delicious.
The hotel lacked in-room tea/coffee making facilities.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, the Wi-Fi was very weak and kept disconnecting, making it difficult to get work done. the room cleaning service could have been more thorough as I found some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom.
